I provide individual psychotherapy services for adults once to twice weekly. Please see the about my practice section to learn more about my experience, approach, and specialties. Therapy can be a helpful process to better understand oneself and making meaningful life changes that are important to you. As a certified Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for PTSD consultant, I offer per diem consultation or consultation toward PE or ERP certification. I also offer consultation as it relates to perinatal mental health concerns, especially as they pertain to anxiety, OCD, and trauma and am currently leading a perinatal OCD consultation group through iOCDf. I particularly enjoy helping newer clinicians think about cases through multiple orientation approaches and deepen their practice. My style is collaborative, informative, and empowering. I offer trainings and workshops on topics related to the treatment of OCD and PTSD using exposure-based methods, diagnostic concerns in OCD and PTSD, and treating perinatal anxiety and OCD. While an Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, I provided wellness sessions for employees, faculty, and staff. I offer specific individual workplace wellness sessions of 30 minutes to an hour or options to enlist a workplace wellness curriculum for your organization.
